CROSSOVERS
The Minolta EP 2152pro, EP 2152pro, Olympia OL 1501F, OL 1502F Are all the same machine, The Sanyo Z80 is the same machine from the optics up, all parts are inter-changeable. The feeder is 100% the same and can be swapped. You can find these Sanyos dead with either a bad power supply or a broken gear in the main motor transmission. The motor is about $300.00 and the gear is only avalable with the entire assembly. If you have a old Sanyo 70 the gear is the same its transmission.

JAMMING AND NOISE
Jamming in fuser and popping gears: Egg out the screw hole in the fuser base, A dremell tool works great. This allows you to adjust the fuser closer to the drive gears.

GRINDING NOISE AND FEED PROBLEMS
worn out gear in the transmission Unforyunately Sanyo only sales as asembly with the motor. about $280.00 If you have a sanyo 70 for parts the gear is the same in its transmission.

Z-80 Gear for Gearbox
We have so many of this model in the field under maintenance,  We had to have these gears manufactured, they are available for Aus$ 44.00 each We discovered that the fuser felt gets dry and an excessive build up of toner on the felt ends up sticking to the upper fuser roller over night when the machine is switched on the fuser roller is stuck and the gear gives way. keep up the oli to the felt.

FOLDING PAPER
Cause: Secondary paper feed clutch does not stop turning when paper reaches
registration rollers. Remove and clean electromagnetic secondary paper feed clutch.
Also, check that primary paper feed solenoid is not too far away from spring collar.
